Nidhi Samani Coaching and Therapy provides various coaching and therapy services, including but not limited to individual coaching sessions, therapy sessions, workshops, and online courses.

3. Free initial consultation

You may be offered a free 20 minute online initial consultation. No therapy will be provided during the consultation.

The purpose of this initial consultation is to understand your reasons for enquiring for the session and to share information about how our sessions are scheduled and how these work.. During these calls, estimates of the number of sessions required to deal withyour presenting issue are given on the basis of the information presented at that time. Estimates are only rough guidelines and are subject to change.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking

  • Sessions can be booked through our Website, email, or phone.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

5.2 Payment

  • Payments for services must be made in advance.

  • We accept payments via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.

5.3 Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the sessions .

  • Session fees are for my time and professional expertise and are not a guarantee of a successful outcome. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any sessions where you have attended and paid for the session.

  •  Where a discount package or therapy program has been booked and paid for in advance, if you choose to discontinue your therapy process before attending all the sessions, a pro rata refund will be issued after deduction of the full standard session fee for any sessions you have attended.

  • Session Fees

    All professional fees will be disclosed to you prior to booking. My professional fees are subject to review and may increase from time to time. You will always receive confirmation of the professional fees before booking. 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Contact between the sessions

Any contact between sessions will be by telephone, email or letter during office hours only (insert office hours). Any messages received outside of these hours will be dealt with during office hours only.6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all clients. Any information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Email Address Collection

To serve you better through our newsletters and appointments, we may request your email address. By providing your email address, you consent to receive occasional communication from us regarding our services, promotions, and updates. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties Plus you can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us directly or using the "unsubscribe" link in our emails and sms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or in any way connected with the use of our website or the business provided and we make no warranties or representations about its result or accuracy.
